How much will I be spending per year on The Dollar Brush?
With our plan, you’ll be spending $36 a year with a one time $9.99 shipping cost in the beginning. That’s up to 80% less than the average consumer.

Are there any extra fees?
There are no extra fees. You will be charged $2.99 a month. That's it.

Why is it so affordable?
We cut the frills, fancy features and traditional retail markups. You’re left with a simple yet powerful electric toothbrush designed by dentists.

When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?
You will be billed $2.99 per month when you sign up. 

What forms of payment can I use? 
We accept credit cards and Apple Pay. 

How do I update my credit card information or address?
We send you a unique Billing Portal link every month at the bottom of your receipt. You can check all the invoices and update any information there or contact us at staff@thedollarbrush.com.

Shipping 

Where does The Dollar Brush ship?
The Dollar Brush subscriptions and products currently ship to the United States.

How much is shipping?
With subscriptions, there is a one time charge of $9.99 when you first subscribe. Beyond that, there is no shipping charge. 

I just placed an order! When will it ship?
Your order will ship within 2-3 weeks. We are working on improving our shipping and logistics. Please note that this is only temporary for any new subscribers. 

Subscriptions and Product

What am I getting in one, two, three years with The Dollar Brush subscription? 

  • Year 1: To start, you’ll receive The Dollar Brush Kit that includes the electric toothbrush and two brush heads AND an additional two brush heads at the 6 month mark.
  • Year 2: Two brush heads every 6 months. 
  • Year 3: If you choose to continue with your subscription, you’ll receive our latest Dollar Brush Kit and the entire process renews. 

Why do you send a free Dollar Brush Kit every two years?
Sonic technology is constantly changing (measured by VPM – vibrations per minute). We believe effective oral care should reflect these advances and be adopted by you, our customers!

What features can I expect from your electric toothbrush?
Our electric toothbrushes adopt the most advanced sonic care technology to provide you with a clean brush each day. You’ll find: 

  • Dupont Bristles that are soft on gums and tough on plaque
  • 31,000 vibrations per minute to remove to effectively remove plaque
  • Long lasting battery (60 days with one charge)
  • Waterproof
  • 2 minute auto-timer with 30 second interval reminders to switch brushing areas

How do I try your products first before fully committing to a subscription?
Easy! You can purchase the Dollar Brush Kit outright. No commitments. To add on a brush head refill subscription, email us: staff@thedollarbrush.com 

Return Policy

Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! If you have been a member for at least one year, there is no fee and we will process any cancellations immediately.

If you have been a member for less than 12 months, we simply require a cancellation fee of $2.99 for each month remaining until you have been a member for 12 months.  This commitment requirement is to help us provide great products at extremely low prices to all of our members, and for us to recover the cost of sending you The Dollar Brush Kit (a $39.99 value) when you start your membership for free. In addition to the Dollar Brush Kit, we strive to pass value to our members by sending out 2 brush head refills every 6 months at no extra charge. 

Simply login to your account, and there will be instructions that will guide you to cancel your subscription online. 

What will I receive during the 12 month minimum commitment period?
For just 12 payments of $2.99 ($36), you would have received the Dollar Brush Kit and 4 new brush heads from us by the time you cancel.  This is a total value of $56!

Can I get a refund?
In the rare case that there is a manufacturer defect, refunds are honored. If this is the case, we ask that you fill out a form and provide videos/pictures so we can solve the root of the issue and continue serving customers with the highest quality of standards. 

We only send new brushes to our members and do not re-use or re-send anything to our members, so we typically cannot accept returns/refunds.
